Question: How Do I Print An Email?
Answer: How many e-mails do you usually receive in
a day? I don't know about you, but I get approximately 1,000
e-mails each morning. Now, with all the e-mails you get, have
you ever wanted to print one? I know I like to print some
of my e-mails so I can refer back to them later on.
It
may not seem like it, but printing an e-mail is as easy as
one, two, three. You pretty much just do it the same way you
would print anything else. There's three options I'm going
to give you and they're all good for an easy print!
First,
make sure the e-mail you want to print is open and ready.
Then you can choose from these three options. One: go to File,
Print. Two: Hit Ctrl + P at the same time. Three: Right click
the e-mail and choose Print. It's as easy as that! Now, these
directions were taken from my Outlook Express e-mail program
(because that's just what I use), but I'm sure it works similarly
for other e-mail clients as well. Now that you know how easy
it is to print your e-mails, go print some!
